Field Sales Executive

Position: Field Sales Executive (Fresher – Officer Level-1) Location: Across Bangalore
🔍 Role: Responsible for selling Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products offered by the bank, ensuring customers maintain the required minimum balance.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
 Education: Graduation (Mandatory)
 Gender: Male
 Languages Required: English, Hindi & Kannada
 Age Limit: 20 to 30 years
 CIBIL Score: Minimum 650 required
💼 Salary & Benefits:
 ₹16,000/- in-hand
 Additional Benefits: ESIC, PF, Gratuity
🗓️ Working Days:
 5 Days a Week (Saturday, Sunday & Government Holidays Off)
📍 Interview Location: MG Road, Bangalore-(Interview Timing: Every Tuesday & Thursday Moring 10:00 am) 🕒 Reporting Time (Post-Joining):
 Morning: 9:30 AM
 Evening: 5:00 PM to report to the respective bank manager 🧪 Interview & Training Process:

1. Induction followed by Group Discussion/Group Interview
2. 6-Day Online Training
3. Master Test (2 Attempts)
   o If passed: Selected
   o If failed in both attempts: Rejected (Re-application allowed only after 3–6 months) 📑 Documents Required:
